Transportation upon the USA has been nothing but motor vehicles and cheap gasoline. All Federal Gas Taxing is solely with transportation. It hasn't changed since 1993. Much has changed elsewhere; housing, hospitalization, food prices etc.. America is fighting new technology such as solar and wind power. We need a change and President Bush isn't helping.
Sep 25 2007 at 2:28 amSafe walking is a joke upon Cape Cod, MA. Under 9% of its 3,770 + miles are sidewalks, many not changed in 40 years or more! Awakening
to pedestrians and bicycling is at our threshold.
