HB 3314 Passes House 40-9! Again, Rep. Read carried the bill on the floor and speakers included:

Rep. Burley, Rep. Macpherson, Rep. Bonamici, Rep. Krummel, and Rep. Riley.

The bill now goes to the Governor and we have indications that he will sign it.
