Vulnerable Roadway User Bill's Momentum

BTA's HB 3314 is being fueled by the recent tragic death where the driver was cited with Careless Driving. A number of letters to the Oregonian, a column by Steve Duin, and an Oregonian editoral all support the passage of HB 3314.
I urge you to contact your Senator today to support the bill.

great coverage and momentum for the bill…however, the Steve Duin link above does not take you to the column but an archive that does not yet include the column from yesterday's paper.
