In response to our call for comments in support of Bicycle Master Plan funding, and similar stories on BikePortland.org and the Portland Mercury's Blogtown, the Mayor's office received a record-setting THREE HUNDRED unique emails and phone calls!

Thanks everyone, for making the Portland bike community's voice heard loud and clear at City Hall.

If you haven't written, it's definitely not too late. Now we have to get the funds back into the budget as an amendment, and that means we need to get the other City Commissioners behind it. Please email them and ask them to support $100,000 for the Bicycle Master Plan update:
