ACTION – Increase Funding for Bike Projects!

Every two years Metro allocates flexible regional transportation funds. Every two years the BTA works with Metro and citizens to increase the number and quality of bike projects that receive funding.
In November Metro will take comments on the list of projects. We urge you to attend a listening post or send / phone in comments.
Here the Bike Projects that made the first cut list…. Support them!
PORTLAND
1) 50’s Bicycle Boulevard
2) 70’S Bicycle Boulevard
3) East Burnside: Third to 14th avenues
4) Cully Boulevard: Northeast Prescott to Killingsworth
5) Sullivan’s Gulch Trail Study: Esplanade to 122nd Avenue
CLACKAMAS COUNTY
6) Milwaukie to Lake Oswego Trail
7) Trolley Trail: Arista Street – Glen Echo
WASHINGTON COUNTY
East Baseline Street, Cornelius: 10th to 19th avenues – Cornelius
9) Fanno Creek Trail: Hall Boulevard crossing study – Beaverton Area
10) Rock Creek path: Orchard Park to Northwest Wilkins – Hillsboro
11) West Side Corridor Trail Study
