We'll hope to have all auction items to the BTA office before the end of February, 2009.

Details

A donor/donor organization’s name will appear in auction materials at the event. Donors are warmly invited to the party, but we’re unable to provide complementary tickets in exchange for donations.

When donating gift certificates, please include photos, brochures or other visual aids to make the display for your item sparkle.

Please let us know if you can deliver your item, or if you'd like your item picked up.

Live Auction suggestions

• Can you or your company donate a week or weekend at a vacation home in a desirable destination?
• Do you or does someone you know own or manage a hotel, B&B or guest house – and would they be willing to donate a weekend stay to a good cause?
• Do you have connections to travel / tour / adventure recreation companies, who might donate tickets or services?

Silent Auction suggestions

• gift certificates to great local restaurants
• a kayaking tour down your favorite river
• pottery, blown glass, sculpture, jewelry
• tickets to the opera, ballet or theater
• a garden or house painting party - labor provided by you and a group of friends
• ask your hairdresser, gardener, massage therapist,, veterinarian, CPA, favorite portrait photographer, house painter, florist, interior designer or mechanic (bike or car!) for a donation of a gift certificate
• Professional services provided by you or a friend that could be auctioned off, or combined with other items to make a great package

Items should be new, or antique, or very extraordinary - no used items, please.
